User guide for onhand inquiry

Step 1: Open the Onhand Inquiry Menu

Navigate to the Inventory menu and select Onhand Inquiry from the left panel.

Step 2: Search for Inventory Records

  • Search using Item Code, Location, Lot No., or Lot Status.
  • Use the Search bar at the top for a quick lookup.
  • Click “Advance Search” for more detailed filtering options.

Step 3: Use Advance Search to Filter Data

  • Set filters for Period, Item, Location, and Lot No.
  • Additional options available:
    • Including On Hand Qty = 0 (Show items with zero stock).
    • Show only On Hand < Safety Stock (Display items below safety stock levels).
    • Group By Item (Organize results by item code).
  • Click “Search” to apply filters and view results.

Step 4: View Item Details

  • Click the “View” button on the right of any row to view more details.
  • The system will display Transaction Information including:
    • Balance (Stock on hand)
    • Allocate Qty (Allocated quantity)
    • Available (Available stock for use)
    • Transaction details, such as stock movements.

Step 5: Export Data

  • Click “Export” to download inventory data in a file format.
