Searching Job Orders

1. Introduction This manual provides a step-by-step guide for searching job orders in the manufacturing production system. The Advanced Search function allows users to filter job orders based on specific criteria such as date, status, item, production line, and more.

2. Accessing the Job Order Search

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Production module.
  3. Click on Job Order from the left-hand menu.
  4. Locate the Advanced Search button on the top-right corner of the job order list.

3. Using the Advanced Search Feature

  1. Click on Advanced Search to open the search panel.
  2. Select the Date Type:
    • Delivery Date: Filters job orders based on the expected delivery date.
    • Production Date: Filters job orders based on the production schedule.
  3. Set the Date Range:
    • Enter the Start Date and End Date to define the period.
  4. Choose the Document Type:
    • J/O No.: Job Order Number
    • S/O No.: Sales Order Number
    • P/O No.: Purchase Order Number
  5. Specify the Number Range (optional):
    • Define a range for job order numbers if needed.
  6. Apply additional filters:
    • Location: Select a specific production location.
    • Sale Item: Choose the sale item related to the job.
    • Item: Filter by specific production items.
    • Shift: Filter based on the assigned work shift.
    • Production Line: Select the applicable production line.
    • Status: Choose the job order status:
      • New Job
      • During Job
      • Completed Job
      • Canceled Job
      • In-Progress
  7. Apply additional options:
    • Temp BOM: Filter job orders with a temporary Bill of Materials.
    • Allergy: Display job orders marked with allergy restrictions.
    • Final Process: Show only final-stage job orders.
  8. Click Search to display the filtered job orders.
  9. Click Clear to reset all search parameters.

4. Reviewing Search Results

  1. The filtered job orders will appear in the job order list.
  2. Use column filters for further refinement.
  3. Click on a job order number to view more details.

5. Troubleshooting

  • If no results are found, verify that the date range and filters are correct.
  • If too many results appear, refine the search criteria by adding more filters.
  • Contact IT support for system-related issues.
