Manage Purchase Order

Step 1: Access the Purchase Order Menu

Expand the Purchase menu on the left-hand side and click on Purchase Order to open the Purchase Order screen.

Step 2: Search for the Purchase Order

Use the search bar or the Advance Search button at the top-right corner of the screen to find the Purchase Order (P/O) you want to edit. You can search using the P/O Number, Purchase Order Date, or other filters such as Division or Supplier.

Step 3: Select and Edit the Purchase Order

Once you find the desired P/O in the list, click on the Edit button (pencil icon) located at the right-hand side of the row to open the Purchase Order form.

Step 4: Save the Purchase Order

  • Tab Information: This tab displays general information about the Purchase Order (PO). If there are any remarks or notes, you can input them in the Remark field.
  • Tab Detail: This tab contains the detailed information of the PO, such as items, quantities, and prices. You can also input the Confirm Date in this section.
    • Confirm Date refers to the date the supplier requests to postpone the delivery from the required date specified in the PO.
  • Tab Attachments: In this tab, you can upload additional files related to the PO, such as supporting documents or references.
