How to create issue out by order

Step 1: Access the Issue by Order Screen

  1. From the left menu, navigate to Issue.
  2. Click on Issue by Order to open the form.

Step 2: Fill in Issue Information

  1. Issue Information detail:
    • Issue Date – Select the date for the issue transaction.
    • J/O No. (Job Order No.) – Choose the Job Order related to the issue.
    • Batch No. – If applicable, select a batch.
    • Order Item No. – This will be auto-populated based on the selected J/O.
    • From Location – Select the location where the items will be issued from.
    • Division – Select the division.
    • Sub Type – Select the type of issue (e.g., “01: Transfer”).
    • Production Date – Choose the production date.
    • Shift – This will be auto-filled.
    • Job Qty – This will be auto-filled.
    • Withdrawal Type – Select the withdrawal type.
    • Reference Document No. – Enter a reference document number (Optional).
    • Remark – Add remarks if needed (Optional).
  2. Check the Issue Out checkbox to indicate that this is an issue out transaction.
    • Note: When Issue Out is selected, the To Location field will not be available.

Step 3: Add Issue Details

  1. Click on the Details tab.
  2. The system will list items related to the selected Job Order.
  3. Review the items, ensuring the Issue Qty matches the required quantity.
  4. Verify the Unit, Lot No., and Available Qty.

Step 4: Save and Confirm

  1. Click Save to temporarily store the data.
  2. Click Confirm to finalize and complete the issue transaction.
