How to create issue out by item

Step 1: Open the Issue by Item Screen

  1. Navigate to Production > Issue from the left menu.
  2. Click the Issue by Item button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Fill in the Issue Information

  • Select the Issue Date.
  • Select the Sub Type (e.g., Transfer).
  • Choose the From Location (Source Location).
  • Select the Division.
  • Select J/O No., enter Ref Doc No., or Remark as needed (Optional).
  • Check the Issue Out checkbox to indicate that this is an issue out transaction.
    • Note: When Issue Out is selected, the To Location field will not be available.

Step 3: Add Items to the Issue

There are two ways to add items:

  • Option 1: Add Multiple Items
    1. Click the Details tab.
    2. Click the Add multiple items button (three-line icon) to open the item selection screen.
    3. Select items from the Inventory Onhand Information popup.
    4. Click Select to add the chosen items to the issue.
  • Option 2: Add a Single Item
    1. Click the Add (+) button to manually add a new item.
    2. In the Issue by Item Detail Information popup, select the Item, Issue Qty, Issue Unit, and other required fields.
    3. Click OK to confirm.

Step 4: Save the Issue

  1. Review all entered details for accuracy.
  2. Click the Save button to confirm and save the issue.
