Completing a Job Manually (During Job Status)

1. Introduction This manual provides a step-by-step guide on how to manually complete a job order that is in During Job status in the FLEX Cloud App. This process ensures that a job order is marked as completed when necessary, even if the system has not automatically updated it.

2. Prerequisites Before completing a job manually, ensure:

  • The job order is in During Job status.
  • All production activities for the job are finalized.
  • Outstanding quantities are reviewed and confirmed.
  • Work result records are updated.

3. Accessing the Job Order

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
  2. Navigate to the Production module.
  3. Click on Job Order in the left-hand menu.
  4. Locate the job order that is in During Job status.
  5. Click on the job order number to open the job details.

4. Completing the Job Manually

  1. In the Job Order Entry screen, navigate to the Details tab.
  2. Select the job detail row by checking the box next to it.
  3. Click on the Complete by Manual button at the top-right of the screen.
  4. If you see a Validation Error prompting to select job order details, ensure that a row is selected.
  5. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Yes to proceed.
  6. Click Save to finalize the manual completion.

5. Verifying Completion Status

  1. After marking the job as manually completed, navigate back to the Job Order list.
  2. Check if the job order status has changed to Completed Job.
  3. Verify that the Outstanding Quantity is updated correctly.
  4. Review the Work Result Number to ensure data consistency.

6. Troubleshooting

  • If the Complete by Manual button is disabled, ensure you have the correct user permissions.
  • If outstanding quantities do not update, review the Work Result Record.
  • If completion status does not change, refresh the system and check again.
  • If a validation error appears, ensure a job order detail is selected before completing.
