Cancelling a Work Result

1. Introduction

This guide explains how to cancel a Work Result in the FLEX Cloud App. Users can cancel work results from both the Search Screen and Entry Screen, ensuring flexibility in managing production records.

2. Steps to Cancel a Work Result

Method 1: Cancel from Search Screen

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
  2. Navigate to Production → Work Result from the left-hand menu.
  3. Locate the work result you wish to cancel by using the search or filter options.
  4. Click the Delete (Trash Bin) Icon on the right side of the row.
  5. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes on the confirmation prompt.

Method 2: Cancel from Work Result Entry Screen

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
  2. Navigate to Production → Work Result.
  3. Click the Edit (Pencil) Icon on the work result you want to cancel.
  4. In the Work Result Information screen, click the Cancel (Red Button) at the top.
  5. Confirm the cancellation in the confirmation dialog.

3. Important Notes

  • Cancelling a work result will update the related job order’s outstanding quantity and status.
  • Once cancelled, the work result data will be removed from the production records.
  • If the work result was linked to an inventory transaction, the inventory changes will be reversed automatically.
  • If barcode labels were printed for the work result, those labels will become invalid.
