How to add a new QC (Work Result) record

Step 1: Access the QC (Work Result) Module

  • Navigate to the QC (Work Result) section from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Open the Add New Form

  • Click the “Add New” button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Fill in the QC (Work Result) Information

  • QC Date – Select the date for the QC record.
  • Work Result No. – Choose the corresponding Work Result number.
  • Work Result Date – The system will automatically populate this field.
  • NG Location – If applicable, select the NG (non-conformance) location.
  • Remark – Add any relevant notes or remarks.

Step 4: Enter QC Details

  1. Click the “Details” tab.
  2. The system will list all items related to the selected Work Result.
  3. To update the QC status for an item, click the edit icon (✏️) next to the item.

Step 5: Update QC Status

  1. In the item details pop-up, update the following fields:
    • QC Status – Select from the dropdown options (e.g., Pass, NG, Hold, Return to Supplier).
    • Remark – Add additional details if needed.
  2. Click “OK” to save the item details.

Step 6: Save the QC Record

  • Once all details are filled in, click the “Save” button at the top-right corner.
