Create User Request

Step 1: Open the User Request Screen

  1. Access the Purchase menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click on User Request to navigate to the User Request management screen.

Step 2: Add a New Request

  1. Click the Add New (+) button at the top-right corner of the screen to open the User Request Information form.

Step 3: Fill in the Request Information

Tab: Information

  1. Request Date: Enter the request date in the format (DD/MM/YYYY) (required).
  2. Division: Select the relevant division (required).
  3. Cost Center: Select the associated cost center (if applicable).
  4. Remark: Enter additional remarks (optional).

Tab: Details

  1. Click the Add Item button to select items for the request.
  2. In the Item Information screen:
    • Select the required items from the list.
    • Click the Select button to add the chosen items to the request.
  3. Specify additional item details:
    • Item Code: The code of the item.
    • Qty: The quantity needed.
    • Unit: The unit of the item.

Step 4: Save the Request

  1. After completing all required fields, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Verify the Request

  1. Once saved, the newly added request will appear in the list of User Requests.
  2. You can search for the newly created request using Request Date, Division, Item Code etc.

Step 6: Verify the Purchase Requisition

  1. When the User Request is successfully created, it will be displayed on the Purchase Requisition page for further PR creation.
