How to create pay type

Step 1: Access the Pay Type Menu

Expand the Master menu on the left-hand side and click on Pay Type to open the Pay Type Management section.

Step 2: Open the Add New Form

Click the Add New (+) button located at the top-right corner of the Pay Type Management screen to open the Pay Type Information form.

Step 3: Fill in the Pay Type Information

  • Pay Type Code: Enter a unique code for the pay type (e.g., “CA”).
  • Pay Type Name: Provide the English name for the pay type (e.g., “Cash”).
  • Pay Type Name (Thai): Enter the Thai name for the pay type (optional).

Step 4: Save the Pay Type

After completing the required fields, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the form to create the new pay type.

Step 5: Verify the Pay Type

The newly added pay type will now appear in the Pay Type Management list. You can confirm it by searching for the Pay Type Code or Pay Type Name you entered.
