How to setup company

Step-by-Step Guide: Setup up company

Step 1: Access Settings Menu
Click on the Settings icon (⚙️) to access the Settings menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Company Management
In the Settings menu, click on the Company option to go to the Company Management section.

Step 3: Information Tab

  1. Navigate to the Information tab.
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Branch Code: Enter the branch code (e.g., “HO” for Head Office).
    • Short Name: Provide the company’s short name for internal use.
    • Tel: Input the company’s main telephone number.
    • Fax: Add the fax number (if applicable).
    • Email: Provide the company’s contact email address.
    • TAX No.: Enter the company’s tax identification number.
    • VAT: Select the applicable VAT rate from the dropdown menu.
    • Register Date: Input the company’s registration date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
    • Country: Select the country where the company is located.
    • Port: Choose the port related to the company’s operations (if applicable).
  3. Double-check all the entered details.
  4. Click Save to confirm and save the information.

Step 4: Address Tab

  1. Go to the Address tab.
  2. Enter the company’s full address details:
    • Name: Input the company’s full name, e.g., “C.S.I. (Thailand) Co., Ltd.”
    • Address 1: Add the main address line, such as “28th Floor Silom Complex Tower.”
    • Address 2: Provide additional details, like “191 Silom Road, Bangrak.”
    • Address 3: Enter the city, province, and postal code, e.g., “Bangkok 10500 Thailand.”
  3. Verify the accuracy of the information.
  4. Click Save to save the address details.

Step 5: Address(Thai) Tab

  1. Go to the Address (Thai) tab.
  2. Enter the company’s information in Thai:
    • Name: Provide the company’s name in Thai, e.g., “ซี.เอส.ไอ. (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด”
    • Address 1: Enter the main address in Thai, e.g., “191 สีลมคอมเพล็กซ์”
    • Address 2: Add additional address details in Thai (if any).
    • Address 3: Input the city, province, or postal code in Thai (if applicable).
  3. Double-check for consistency and accuracy.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Notes:

  • Always ensure the data in all tabs is consistent and accurate.
  • Save after editing each tab to prevent data loss.
