How to create user group and setup authorization

Step-by-Step Guide: How to create user group

Step 1: Access Settings Menu
Click on the Settings icon (⚙️) to access the Settings menu.

Step 2: Navigate to User group Management
In the Settings menu, click on the User group option to go to the User group Management section.

Step 3: Add a New User group
Click on the plus icon (+) to start adding a new user group.

Step 4: Fill in User Group Information

  1. Enter Group Code: Provide a unique code for the user group in the “Group Code” field.
  2. Enter Group Name: Add a descriptive name for the user group in the “Group Name” field.

Step 5: Set Permissions

  1. Look at the permissions table below the Group Code and Group Name fields.
  2. Tick the appropriate checkboxes under the columns (View, Add, Edit, Delete, Print, Special) for the specific screens/functions that you want to allow for this group.

Step 6: Save
After filling in the necessary details and selecting permissions, click the Save button to create the new user group.
