Creating a Job Order with Temporary Material

2. Steps to Create a Job Order with Temporary Material
Step 1: Access the Job Order Entry
- Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
- Navigate to Production → Job Order from the left-hand menu.
- Click Add New to create a new job order.
Step 2: Enter Job Order Information
- In the Information Tab, fill in the required fields:
- Order Item: Select the product being manufactured.
- Process: Choose the production process.
- Job Item: This is automatically assigned based on the selected order item.
- Production Line: Select the appropriate production line.
- Order Location: Define where the job order will be executed.
- Start Date: Set the start date of production.
- Check the Temporary BOM box to enable manual material addition.
Step 3: Define Job Details
- Go to the Details Tab.
- Click the Green Plus (+) Button to add job details.
- Set the Production Date, Shift, and Job Quantity.
- Click OK to confirm.
Step 4: Add Temporary Material
- Navigate to the Temporary BOM Tab.
- Click the Green Plus (+) Button to add materials manually.
