Printing a Job Order Report

1. Introduction This manual provides step-by-step instructions on how to print a Job Order Report in the FLEX Cloud App. Users can generate the report using two different methods.

2. Prerequisites Before printing a Job Order Report, ensure:

  • Job orders are already created in the system.
  • User permissions allow access to job order reports.
  • Job orders have relevant details filled out.

3. Methods to Print a Job Order Report There are two ways to print a Job Order Report:

Method 1: From the Search Screen

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
  2. Navigate to Production → Job Order in the left-hand menu.
  3. Use the filters or search bar to find the required job orders.
  4. Select one or multiple job orders by checking the boxes.
  5. Click the Job Report button at the top right.
  6. The system will generate a Job Order Report for the selected orders.
  7. Review and print the report as needed.

Method 2: From the Job Order Entry Screen

  1. Open the Job Order Entry screen.
  2. Locate and select the job order you wish to print.
  3. Click the Job Report button at the top right.
  4. The system will generate a report for the opened job order.
  5. Review the report and print as needed.

4. Reviewing and Printing the Report

  1. Ensure that all details, including job order number, production details, and materials, are correct.
  2. Click Print to generate a physical or Excel copy of the report.
  3. If any information is incorrect, update the job order and reprint the report.

5. Troubleshooting

  • If the Job Report button is disabled, check if the job order is saved.
  • If the report does not include expected data, verify that the job order has been properly filled.
  • If printing fails, ensure the correct printer is selected or try downloading the report as a Excel.
