  • The job order is still in an Active Status (e.g., New Job, During Job).
  • Production activities for the job have not started or can be halted.
  • Necessary approvals have been obtained from supervisors or managers.

3. Accessing the Job Order

  1. Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
  2. Navigate to the Production module.
  3. Click on Job Order in the left-hand menu.
  4. Locate the job order you want to cancel.
  5. Click on the job order number to open the job details.

4. Cancelling the Job Order

  1. In the Job Order list, locate the job order to be cancelled.
  2. Click on the Cancel button (red trash icon) in the Action column.
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Yes to proceed.

5. Verifying Cancellation Status

  1. After cancelling the job order, navigate back to the Job Order list.
  2. Check if the job order status has changed to Cancelled Job.
  3. Ensure that no further actions can be performed on the cancelled job.
  4. If necessary, notify relevant departments about the cancellation.

6. Troubleshooting

  • If the Cancel button is disabled, ensure you have the correct user permissions.
  • If a validation error appears, check if job order details are correctly selected.
  • If the job order is already in progress, consult with the supervisor before proceeding with cancellation.

7. Conclusion Cancelling a job order prevents unnecessary production activities and helps maintain an accurate job order workflow. This function should only be used when necessary and by authorized personnel in the FLEX Cloud App.
