Completing a Job Manually (During Job Status)
1. Introduction This manual provides a step-by-step guide on how to manually complete a job order that is in During Job status in the FLEX Cloud App. This process ensures that a job order is marked as completed when necessary, even if the system has not automatically updated it.
2. Prerequisites Before completing a job manually, ensure:
- The job order is in During Job status.
- All production activities for the job are finalized.
- Outstanding quantities are reviewed and confirmed.
- Work result records are updated.
3. Accessing the Job Order
- Log in to the FLEX Cloud App.
- Navigate to the Production module.
- Click on Job Order in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the job order that is in During Job status.
- Click on the job order number to open the job details.
4. Completing the Job Manually
- In the Job Order Entry screen, navigate to the Details tab.
- Select the job detail row by checking the box next to it.
- Click on the Complete by Manual button at the top-right of the screen.
- If you see a Validation Error prompting to select job order details, ensure that a row is selected.
- A confirmation prompt will appear—click Yes to proceed.
- Click Save to finalize the manual completion.

- After marking the job as manually completed, navigate back to the Job Order list.
- Check if the job order status has changed to Completed Job.
