How to use the menu and top bar in FLEX

1. Top Bar Overview

The Top Bar consists of the following elements:

  • FLEX Logo
  • Navigation Menu (☰)
  • Notifications
  • QR Code Authentication
  • Settings
  • User Profile

1.1 FLEX Logo

  • Click on the FLEX Logo to return to the system’s home screen.

1.2 Navigation Menu

  • Click the Menu Icon (☰) to open the main navigation panel.
  • The navigation panel includes various categories such as:
    • Home
    • Sales
    • Production Planning
    • Purchase
    • Receive
    • Production
    • Quality Control (QC)
    • Shipment
    • Inventory
    • Cost
    • Master
    • Account
    • Reports

1.2.1 Search Bar

  • Located at the top-left, this bar allows users to quickly search for features, modules, or records.

1.2.2 Expand Module

  • Click the downward arrow (▼) next to the main category name to expand and display its sub-modules.
  • Click the upward arrow (▲) to collapse the module list.

1.3 Notifications

  • Click the Bell Icon to view system alerts and pending tasks.
  • Notifications include:
    • Approval requests
    • Issue tracking
    • System-generated messages
  • Users can mark all as read or click on a specific notification for more details.

1.4 QR Code Authentication

  • Click the QR Code Icon to generate a QR Code for logging into the system via a Handheld device.
  • The QR Code refreshes periodically for security purposes.
  • Users can scan the QR Code to log in without entering a password.

1.5 Settings

  • Click the Gear Icon to access system settings.
  • Users can configure [more]

1.6 User Profile

  • Click the Profile Icon to access user settings.
  • Available functions:
    • View and edit personal details
    • Change password
    • Upload profile picture and signature
    • Log out of the system
    • Set Language and Theme: Users can choose between English, Japanese, or Thai and switch between Normal and Dark Mode.
    • Allow Concurrent Login: Enable multiple device logins simultaneously.
    • Allow Mobile Concurrent Login: Allow multiple concurrent logins from mobile devices.
