How to recover deleted records (Master)

Step 1: Open the Advanced Search

  1. Navigate to the screen where you want to recover data.
  2. Click the “Advance Search” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Display Deleted Records

  1. In the Advance Search panel, check the box for “Show Deleted Records.”
  2. Click the “Search” button to display the deleted records.

Step 3: Select Records to Recover

  1. Select the records you want to recover by checking the ☑ box next to the record.

Step 4: Recover the Records

  1. Click the “Recover” button at the top left of the screen.
  2. The selected records will be restored and will appear in the list again.
